An interworking system and a method for managing personnel information by interlocking with OA(Office Automation) device management information, and a personnel information server thereof are provided to automate interlock between the personnel information and OA device process by managing the personnel information with the interlock with the information of an OA device assigned to an employee. A personnel information server(30) transmits new or updated personnel information of an employee to the intranet, and receives/reflects updated OA device information of the employee to the personnel information of the employee according to the personnel information. An OA device information server(40) requests a manager server(80) connected through the intranet to update the OA device information of the employee according to the personnel information received from the personnel information server. The manager server updates the OA device information by a request of the OA device information server, and transmits the updated OA device information server and the personnel information server by using a wireless manager terminal. A business process management system(50) controls a personnel or a system related to business performance based on a loaded technology solution.
