A forced draft type cooling tower for plume abatement is provided to improve the plume abatement effect by an atmospheric air supply part and a dry type heat exchange part, and to simplify the coupling/decoupling of the dry type heat exchange part by forming the same in a single unit form without a flow rate control valve. A forced draft type cooling tower for plume abatement includes an outlet flange(44a) formed at an end of an outlet, a dry type heat exchange part(10a) coupled with the outlet flange and forming an air mixing chamber(20) for heating humid air mixture, which is discharged to the outside, in order to reduce humidity thereof and abating plume, a pair of atmospheric air supply parts(30a) for guiding atmospheric air into the air mixing chamber to decrease the humidity of saturated humid air, and a damper control unit(100a).
