A fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) deck, a fiber reinforced plastics composite deck integrally combined with deck concrete, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing method and to reduce manufacturing period and cost of the FRP bottom by inserting a shear projection part forming member in through holes and pouring concrete in the through holes. A fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) deck(1) is formed with a bottom concrete(3) on an FRP bottom(2). Through holes(23) are formed at an upper plate(21) of the FRP bottom to communicate with the inside of hollows(22). Shear projection part forming members(5) are installed at the through holes. Concrete is filled in the shear projection part forming member through the through holes. The shear projection part is inserted in the hollows of the FRP bottom. The shear projection part forming part includes a vertical cup shaped body, and a flange placed on the cut shaped body.
