A non-touch type smart digital door lock is provided to open a door only by carrying a smart card without contacting the smart card to a door lock body and to cope with forcible opening of the door lock by an invader immediately. In a non-touch type smart digital door lock, a control unit(120) is embedded in a door lock body(100) and composed of a microprocessor. A password input key pad(K) is connected with the control unit and installed at a front body of the door lock body. A sensor unit(170) is installed at the door lock body to detect the touch of a handle and transmit a detected signal to the control unit. A wireless transmitting and receiving unit(130) is connected with the control unit. The wireless transmitting and receiving unit transmits a wireless signal according to the detected signal of the sensor unit by power applied from a power supply unit(180) and receives an external signal. A memory unit(140) is connected with the control unit to store set ID(Identification) for opening the door lock. A signal processing unit(150) checks whether the check ID received from the wireless transmitting and receiving unit and the set ID stored in the memory unit correspond to each other or not. A door opening and closing unit(160) is connected with the control unit to open a dead bolt installed at the door lock body according to a result value of the signal processing unit. The power supply unit is installed at the door lock body, coupled with the control unit, and branched off from a power source for driving the indoor bell or a video phone. A smart card(200) records the check ID corresponding to the opening of the door and communicates with the wireless transmitting and receiving unit of the door lock body. An immediate lock button is installed at the front body of the door lock body to lock the dead bolt from the outside immediately.
