A broadband leaky coaxial cable is provided to expand a frequency bandwidth region for a horizontally polarized wave by regularly arranging a plurality of radiation slots in a zigzag pattern along a length of an outer conductor and overlapping the radiation slots at a predetermined distance to form the additional radiation slots. A broadband leaky coaxial cable(100) includes an inner conductor(110), a dielectric(120), and an outer conductor(130). The dielectric compactly surrounds the inner conductor. The outer conductor compactly surrounds the dielectric and has a plurality of radiation slots(140) to expose a part of the dielectric in a zigzag pattern along a center line. The zigzag arrangement of the radiation slots is moved by a predetermined distance along the center line to be overlapped. An arrangement period of the radiation slots is the four continuous radiation slots.
