A water volume control valve regulating the flow of water easily is provided to supply and shut off water and to regulate water volume by rotating a spout which is assembled to a faucet via a water volume control valve. A water volume control valve regulating the flow of water easily comprises a valve body(10), a shutoff unit(20), a shutoff plate(30), and a fixing member(36). The valve body includes a vertical hole(12), a vertical groove, and a threaded part(14). The vertical groove is formed at the inner bottom of the vertical hole. The threaded part is formed around the outer surface. The shutoff unit includes a polygonal connection part(21), a body(22) with an intake space, and a sector shaped shutoff member(26). The polygonal connection part is inserted into the vertical hole of the valve body. The shutoff member is located under the body. The holed shutoff plate and the fixing member are assembled to the bottom part of the vertical hole.
