A differential shortening evaluation system of a skyscraper and a differential shortening evaluation method are provided to calculate accurately a differential shortening amount by reflecting a construction advance situation and considering a used load. A main server(200) calculates absolute shortening and differential shortening by calculating data received through an input unit on the basis of a building construction advance situation computation unit and an elastic or inelastic evaluation unit. The building construction advance situation computation unit grasps a construction process state of a total structure of a building. The elastic or inelastic evaluation unit calculates a load ratio of each building according to a hardening state and a combination condition of a concrete or influences of temperature or moisture. A database server(300) is formed to store information produced by the main server. An output unit(400) outputs results obtained from the main server.
