A method for manufacturing an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag having a three dimensional spiral type antenna structure and a tag manufactured by the same are provided to prevent an antenna structure from being changed because of external vibration. A method for manufacturing an RFID tag having a three dimensional spiral type antenna structure includes the following several steps. A metal film is plated on an upper and a lower surface of a glass epoxy base plate. An antenna structure is formed by etching an antenna pattern on the plated surface. A part of an upper and a lower portion in the antenna structure is formed and penetrated holes are formed on a left side and a right side of the antenna structure. The penetrated holes are connected to a side of the upper or the lower portion in the antenna structure. A three dimensional structure is made via a routing process in order to eliminate a part of the penetrated holes in the antenna structure. Unnecessary penetrated holes are eliminated and an RFID chip is attached to the three dimensional antenna.
