An installation apparatus of a wild animal protection fence for a guide rail for a road is provided not to damage a guide rail and a support bar of a wild animal protection fence and to assemble a wild animal protection fence easily by using a guide rail at installation and dismantlement works. An installation apparatus of a wild animal protection fence for a guide rail for a road is used for fixing and coupling a wild animal protection fence to a guide rail using a bracket(10) divided into the upper and lower parts symmetrically, wherein the bracket is formed to make upper and lower brackets(20,20') regulated in length by to a length regulating member(11) and provided with holders(21,21') formed to be folded outward to couple around the upper and lower parts of the guide rail, couplers(22,22') formed to be folded inward, retreated parts(22a,22a') formed to couple a support bar and control holes formed to penetrate the length regulating member to be regulated in length together with the lower bracket, and U-bolt grooves formed to fix and couple the upper, lower brackets and the support bar by U-bolts(23,23') not to damage the support bar and to be assembled easily.
