SAND FILTER FOR ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT APPARATUS

A filter for advanced wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to prevent inflow holes of the raw water inflow pipe from clogging due to alien substances such as sludge mixed with raw water by replacing the filter's filtration foam while rotating a cylindrical filter's filtration foam in a predetermined interval between a raw water supply pipe and a raw water inflow pipe. A filter for advanced wastewater treatment apparatus comprises: a cylindrical body(1) made from a high density polyethylene resin; a raw water inflow pipe(2) in which a plurality of inflow holes are formed, and which is installed in an inner central part of the cylindrical body; a first filtration layer(3) vertically installed to cover the raw water inflow pipe circumferentially; a second filtration layer(4) cylindrically joined with the first filtration layer with a filtration layer separating filter(4a) being interposed between the first filtration layer and the second filtration layer; a filter media separation preventing filter(5) joined with an outer side of the second filtration layer and fixed through a fixed frame installed on an inner wall surface of the cylindrical body; a lower filter(6) joined with lower ends of the first and second filtration filters; a sludge collection part(7) formed on a bottom part of the lower filter; a sludge discharge pipe(7a) extending to the outside of the cylindrical body through the sludge collection part; backwashing nozzles(8) installed on an inner wall surface of the cylindrical body; a treated water discharge pipe(9) installed on a bottom part of the cylindrical body; a supporting frame(10) installed on a top face of the cylindrical body to rotate and support the filter changer axially from a lower side; a cover frame(20) for axially rotating and guiding the filter changer from an upper side; and a filter changer(30) rotated for a predetermined time by a rotary motor(38) to inspect and exchange a porous filter foam periodically between a raw water supply pipe(24b) and a raw water inflow pipe.
