An evaluation event of each stage is recorded and stored according to a communication ability evaluation item, a teamwork evaluation item, and an achievement orientation evaluation item of each applicant(S603). Data of the applicant is updated by operating the stored evaluation events. Employment determination information is generated by operating a total interview evaluation result based on the stored evaluation events. The employment determination information is informed to the applicant through a general communication tool.
