A method for evaluating interviews for employing new employees is provided to guarantee objectivity by determining all processes and evaluation items in advance without considering subjective judgment of interviewers, and operating a result of an evaluation event of each stage based on a predetermined operation rule. A mutual interview module is recorded and stored(S601). An applicant records and stores a mutual evaluation event of other applicants by using the mutual interview module. An evaluation event of each stage is recorded and stored according to a communication ability evaluation item, a teamwork evaluation item, and an achievement orientation evaluation item of each applicant(S603). Data of the applicant is updated by operating the stored evaluation events. Employment determination information is generated by operating a total interview evaluation result based on the stored evaluation events. The employment determination information is informed to the applicant through a general communication tool.
