摘要

A process for producing a geopolymer cement from fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag is provided to reduce the energy consumption by simple processing steps, to prevent emission of CO2, and to improve the strength development and setting characteristics of a geopolymer cement product. A process for producing a geopolymer cement from fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag comprises the steps of: (a) finely milling and/or mechanically activating granulated blast furnace slag for 10-120 minutes to reduce the size of the granulated blast furnace slag to less than 100 micrometers; and (b) mixing 5-22 wt% of the micropowder of the granulated blast furnace slag obtained in step (a) intimately with 60-90 wt% of fly ash obtained from a thermal power generation system and 3-20 wt% of an alkaline activating agent in a mechanical mixer for 5-30 minutes.
