A method for fabricating aspherical X-ray compound refractive lenses is provided to reduce an X-ray radiation dose of sample without exposing unnecessary X-ray to a sample. A method for fabricating aspherical X-ray compound refractive lenses includes the steps of: adding nano particles of 0.2mg into a tube inserted therein a polymer; inserting an X-ray composite lens bottom mold(20) into a centrifugal tube(40); inserting the solution and adding the metal nano particles; crushing the metal nano particles to be distributed into the polymer solution by inserting an ultrasonic crusher; applying ultra high gravitational field by mounting the tube on the centrifuge after closing a cover of the centrifugal tube; and performing polymerization by maintaining temperature at 60 degrees in vacuum state after the tube containing the metal nano particles and the polymer mold is inserted into an oven and being maintained during 10 hours by rising the temperature to 10 degree after 10 hours.
