摘要
An imaging apparatus for infrared ray nonlinear molecular vibration spectrum is provided to improve detection sensitivity by using molecular vibration and infrared pump beam. An imaging apparatus for infrared rays nonlinear molecular vibration spectrum comprises a pump beam source(10) generating an infrared pump beam, a probe beam source(20) generating a probe beam, a beam combiner(30) combining the pump beam and the probe beam, a scanner(40) scanning the combined pump and probe beam to a plane, a first optical collector(50) collecting the scanned pump and probe beam at a local point, a first collimator(60), a first dichroic beam splitter(70), a reference interferometer(80), an optical interferometer beam combiner(90), a photodetector(100), and a data analyzer(110). The infrared pump beam excites molecules of medium forming a sample. The probe beam detects a coherence state of the excited molecules. The beams collected by the first optical collector are subject to an interaction with the sample, and aligned in parallel through first collimator. The first dichroic beam splitter separates a phase-shift probe beam from the collimated beam by removing an infrared pump beam. The reference interferometer generates a reference probe beam by separating a probe beam from the scanned beam. The optical interferometer beam combiner combines the phase-shift probe beam to the reference probe beam. The photodetector detects intensity of a molecular oscillation interference optical signal through the combined phase-shift and reference probe beam. The data analyzer generates a spectrum signal according to a coherence intensity of the molecule oscillation of the sample by collecting the optical signal.
