A camera based position adjustor for measuring a near-field, an adjusting method thereof, and a system for measuring a near-field are provided to improve measurement efficiency by automatically performing an initial setting of a near-field antenna measurement system. A camera based position adjustor for measuring a near-field includes a laser light source unit(120), an image capturing unit(100), and a probe mounting unit(130,140). The laser light source unit has at least two laser light sources which are located at a predetermined interval and a predetermined angle from a center. The image capturing unit captures an image of an antenna from the center. The probe mounting unit attaches and detaches a measurement probe on the center to be overlapped with the image capturing unit. The measurement probe measures a near-filed of the antenna.
