An ultrasonic cleaner-equipped apparatus for separating insulating oil containing polychlorinated biphenyl in waste transformers is provided to separate the waste transformer-forming materials and the insulating oil by separating insulating oil from waste transformer-forming materials, and collecting the insulating oil containing polychlorinated biphenyl and recovering a solvent again. In an apparatus for separating insulating oil containing polychlorinated biphenyl in waste transformers, the apparatus comprising a dissolution pipe(100) into which waste transformer-forming materials and a solvent are injected to dissolve insulating oil containing polychlorinated biphenyl from the waste transformer-forming materials, a plurality of evaporation pipes(200) to which a dissolving liquid formed in the dissolution pipe is transferred to extract the solvent by heating the dissolving liquid, an insulating oil collecting tank(300) connected to the evaporation pipes to collect the insulating oil containing polychlorinated biphenyl by extracting the solvent from the dissolving liquid, a plurality of coolers(400) to which the extracted solvent is transferred to liquefy the extracted solvent, and a plurality of recovery tanks(500) for recovering the liquefied solvent to store the liquefied solvent, an ultrasonic cleaner-equipped apparatus for separating the insulating oil containing polychlorinated biphenyl in the waste transformers comprises an ultrasonic cleaner(110) formed in the dissolution pipe to separate the insulating oil containing polychlorinated biphenyl from the waste transformer-forming materials by applying ultrasonic waves to the solvent, wherein the solvent recovered in the recovery tanks is injected into the dissolution pipe again.
