MAINTENANCE TOOL SET USING FOR DRAFT FAN BLADE CONTROL ACTUATOR

A tool set for a fan pitch blade control actuator is provided to ensure repair technology and shorten a repair period of a control actuator, and the utilization degree of generation equipment. A tool set for a fan pitch blade control actuator comprises a working deck on which a body(10) is placed and a sleeve disassembling/assembling device fixed in grooves of a sleeve(20). The sleeve disassembling/assembling device separates the sleeve from a shaft(12) by rotating the sleeve. The shaft is coupled with the body while rotating independently from the body. A bearing insertion device is inserted into the shaft so that one end of the bearing insertion device is in contact with bearings(22,24) coupled between the shaft and the body and the other end thereof pushes the bearings to a reference position of the shaft. A stroke controller is disposed at the lower end of the working deck to determine an initial position of the shaft coupled with the body fixed to the working deck.
