A fuel economy ash is provided to be used in a moving tool using the fuel, a generating station or a factory etc. by being manufactured in the form of a ball or a porous board according to the molding method and to improve a fuel reducing effect by activating a perfect combustion reaction of the fuel with an impact force by wavelength and a physical oxidation reaction. A porous fuel reducing ash having a wavelength emission and an oxidation reaction promoting function contains a 25~40 parts by weight of zinc oxide, a 40~80 parts by weight of wollastonite, a 40~80 parts by weight of limestone, a 35~75 parts by weight of frit, a 30~70 parts by weight of crystal, a 15~25 parts by weight of disthene, 25~40 parts by weight of tin, a 40~80 parts by weight of dolomite, a 40~80 parts by weight of bentonite, a 80~100 parts by weight of barium, a 50~70 parts by weight of tantalum, a 65~75 parts by weight of zirconium oxide, a 50~70 parts by weight of calcium oxide, a 20~40 parts by weight of melange and a 10~30 parts by weight of composite zeolite based on a 100 parts by weight of quartz. The porous fuel reducing ash is used as a porous fuel reducing ball having a wavelength emission and an oxidation reaction promotion function or a porosity fuel reducing porous board.
