A case for an intelligent street light and an intelligent street light are provided to prevent noise from being generated in components mounted outside a case body due to air resistance by providing an air duct guiding heat-exchanged air in a heat sink of a Peltier module to an inside of the case body. A case(10) for an intelligent street light includes a case body(20), a sensor unit(30), a Peltier module(40), a first heat sink(50), a second heat sink(60), and a controller(70). Components including a rack device(5) are provided in the case body. The sensor unit senses internal temperature of the case body. The Peltier module cools or heats circumferential air according to an input direction of DC power. The first and second heat sinks are provided on both surfaces of the Peltier module. The controller controls power for the Peltier module to perform a cooling or heating operation on the basis of a signal transmitted from the sensor unit.
