A manufacturing method of the soil conditioner mixed with a natural organic sulfur compound, zeolite, calcium oxide and citric acid to illite is provided to activate the growing of the crops by neutralizing the pH which is the physicochemical balance element of the soil causing the damage of the continuous cropping. A manufacturing method of the soil conditioner using illite and natural organic sulfur compound comprises the moisture drying step(S10) of the mineral epidermal layer, the moisture drying step(S20) contained in the mineral, fine powder processing step(S30), mixing step(S40), and packing step(S50). The moisture drying step of the mineral epidermal layer collects the illite and the zeolite which are the natural mineral and pulverizes them to the thick particles with the appropriate size, and drying naturally after selecting and removing impurities. The moisture drying step contained in the mineral is the process of adding the heat of 500~700°C after injecting the zeolite which is naturally dried in the step in the drying furnace. The fine powder processing step is the process of pulverizing illite and the zeolite dried in the step(S10) and (S20) and selecting illite and zeolite with sieves having the particle size of 50 mesh and 325 mesh respectively. The mixing step is the process of injecting a natural organic sulfur compound 0.28~0.38 weight %, calcium oxide(CaO) powder 0.56~0.76 weight %, and citric acid 0.56~0.76 weight % to illite powder 30.29~34.16 weight % and zeolite powder 63.94~68.31 weight % processed in the step(S30) and evenly mixing them with mixer.
