A multi-functional digital skin imaging apparatus and an image analyzing method are provided to implement image analysis of a skin by polarization and fluorescence with one system through a white light source and an ultraviolet light source. A multi-functional digital skin imaging apparatus includes a light source unit(90,100), a color CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera(130), and a rotary filter wheel stage(40). The light source unit irradiates light. The color CCD camera is positioned on a rear side of the light source unit to be separated from each other. The rotary filter wheel stage mounts at least one optical filters(60,70,80). The rotary filter wheel stage rotates to select one of the optical filters mounted on the rotary filter wheel stage so that the selected optical filter is positioned in front of a lens of the color CCD camera.
