A method for preparing a liquid fertilizer containing germanium and selenium is provided, wherein the fertilizer produces agricultural crops containing digestible and absorbable active minerals into which the germanium and selenium are converted by a photosynthetic action of the crops. A method for preparing a liquid fertilizer containing germanium and selenium includes the steps of: mixing 50-70wt% of clay with 30-50wt% of feldspar to grind the mixture into powder(200-320 mesh); adding the powder to a slowly stirring aqueous acid solution, reacting the admixture at room temperature for 5-9 hours while stirring the admixture at a speed of 60-120 rpm, and filtering the resultant to obtain liquid minerals; and mixing the liquid minerals with a selenium standard solution bound with an amino acid. The selenium standard solution is manufactured by dissolving 1.405g of selenium dioxide(SeO2) in 1L of water.
