An environment-friendly aqueous paint composition is provided to ensure environment-friendly property by not using an emulsifier, excellent anticorrosion by containing a metal filler with electric conductivity. An environment-friendly aqueous paint composition comprises 28-89 weight% of room temperature cross-linking type aqueous acrylic resin which forms a complex by hydrogen-bonding zinc oxide or zirconium oxide with a carboxyl group of a acrylic resin; 1-70 weight% of a conductive filler which is a mixture or two kinds or more of mixture selected from a carbon nanotube, copper, nickel, conductive carbon dioxide and silver; 1-5 weight% of a dispersing agent with one or more selected from alkylsulfonate, sulfonate oil, alkyl ether and polyoxyethylene; and 1-5 weight% of additives with two kinds or more selected from methylcellulose, ethyl cellulose, polyacrylate, silicon-based antifoaming agent, isothiazoline derivative and butylene oxide.
