FIELD: electrical engineering; protective circuit-opening devices.;SUBSTANCE: proposed electromagnetic mechanism has magnetic circuit, armature, coil, capacitor, controllable contacts, and current-limiting resistor. Coil is built of two series-connected parts. First controllable contact is coupled with peripheral current supply and is held closed at ON-operation moment. Second controllable contact is coupled through auxiliary contacts with electromagnetic mechanism control station. First of coil first part leads H1 is connected to plus terminal of power supply. Second lead K2 of coil second part coupled through controllable contacts with electromagnetic mechanism control station is connected to minus terminal of power supply. Second lead K1 of coil first part is connected to first lead H2 of coil second part and through current-limiting resistor and controllable contact connected to peripheral power supply, to minus terminal of power supply. Third controllable contact is coupled with magnetic circuit armature and in closed position connects capacitor in parallel with winding of coil second part so that capacitor and mentioned part of coil form oscillatory circuit.;EFFECT: enhanced opening-operation speed.;1 cl, 1 dwg
