FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used for therapeutic influence onto parts of organism by cold plasma. Method of influence onto surface tissue parts by flows of cold plasma is based upon creating corona discharge above those parts. Corona discharge is formed y application of infralow pulses within 10 Hz range from common high-frequency generator to group of plasma generator. Sharp ends of needles of plasma generators are fixed at equal distances from surface of tissue, which distance exceeds distance of electrical breakdown of air mass at atmospheric humidity during operation. Device for realization of the method has high-frequency oscillator, matching output transformer which has output winding connected with primary low-voltage winding of plasma oscillator. Plasma oscillator is made in for of oscillator reeled upon isolation frame. Secondary winding of plasma generator is reeled upon inside primary one and it has free end connected with metal needle. Controlled electronic switch is mounted between high-frequency oscillator and matching output transformer. Electronic switch is made for adjustment of generator's signal by infralow pulse within 10 Hz frequency range. Matching output transformer is made with identical output windings. Any winding is connected with primary winding of corresponding identical plasma oscillator provided with magnetic core.
