METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING PARANEOPLASTIC GENESIS OF POLYNEUROPATHY

FIELD: medicine, neurology.;SUBSTANCE: blood plasma should be tested due to wedge dehydration technique, moreover plasma drop should be pre-dried upon a slide to analyze then the structure of the obtained facies microscopically. At availability of the combination of two signs - wave-like fissures in central area of facies and wrinkles in peripheral area of facies it is possible to conclude upon paraneoplastic genesis of polyneuropathy. Application of the present innovation provides the chance to establish the genesis of polyneuropathy in oncological patients and, also, enables to suspect paraneoplastic genesis of polyneuropathy at availability of corresponding neurological disorders, if tumor is not detected and, thus, favors earlier diagnostics of oncological diseases.;EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy.;3 dwg, 2 ex
