FIELD: medicine, gynecology.;SUBSTANCE: one should carry out cystic aspiration due to transvaginal access under ultrasound control to detect iterleukin-8 (IL-8) in the punctate. If its level is above 468 pg/ml one should predict the relapse of ovarian cyst.
