METHOD FOR SEGMENTAL PANCREATIC TRANSPLANTATION

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical therapy of diabetes mellitus in transplantology centers and specialized medicinal establishments. So, it is necessary to form venous anastomosis of inferior mesenteric vein and transplant's splenic vein at the level of inferior horizontal duodenal branch. Arterial revascularization of the transplant should be fulfilled due to anastomosing distal end of splenic artery and left colonic artery by "end-to-end" type. Proximal end of transplant's splenic artery should be anastomosed with a recipient's aorta by "end-to-side" type. The innovation enables to considerably decrease acute inflammatory and reperfusion phenomena in pancreatic transplant after its revascularization and, moreover, provide adequate delivery of necessary quantity of blood, according to functional state of the transplanted gland, due to forming arterial vascular tract of drainage type, decrease the risk of the development of acute pancreatitis of the transplant, its destruction, the failure of pancreatoentero- or cystoanastomoses and improve the values of transplant's functioning in post-surgical period.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;1 dwg, 1 ex
