FIELD: preparing of green pea grains for storage.;SUBSTANCE: method involves treating green peas with jasmonates of alkali metal; mowing; drying in windrows until residual moisture content is about 14%; threshing green peas.;EFFECT: reduced power consumption, decreased grain losses and waste upon further processing.
