FIELD: medicine, urology.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of renal abscess: after retroperitoneoscopy one should fulfill mobilization of renal abscess followed by lancing renal abscess to evacuate the pus; one should dissect free capsule of renal abscess, carry out sanitation, treat abscess' bottom with alcohol, drain the cavity of renal abscess, drain paranephral and retroperitoneal fibers. Moreover, drainage should be fulfilled through trocar incisions.
