FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.;SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a mixture of alcohol and water (aqueous-alcoholic solution) that is subjected for purifying on carbon-cleansing battery. Fructose taken in the amount 4.5-5.5 kg per 1000 dal of vodka is dissolved preliminary in small volume of purified water, filtered and added to vodka. Also, filtered off solution of sodium succinate prepared by dissolving succinic acid in the amount 0.04-0.6 l in purified water in volume 1.5-2.0 l is added to vodka under condition of step-by-step addition of sodium hydrocarbonate in the amount 0.14-0.16 kg at stirring. Then method involves preparing shizandra seeds alcoholized infusion of the first and second decantation in the amount 0.035 kg per 1000 dal of vodka or shizandra dried extract "Relikt" by two-fold pouring with aqueous-alcoholic liquid of the strong 45% in the ratio 1:20 and 40% and infusing for 5 days. Infusion id filtered and added in the amount 1.0-1.2 l per 1000 dal of vodka. Then sodium succinate, alcoholized infusion and fructose are added to vodka successively, stirred and bottled with obligatory control filtration. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices (tasting score is 9.5), decreasing caloricity and increasing stability of the ready product.
