FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing wires 4-5 cm deep into humeral bone canal from the lateral epicondyle side. Arch having 1.5 cm long knee is formed. The bent wire is introduced further into the canal as far as cortical layer of the bone head.;EFFECT: facilitated wire introduction; reduced risk of secondary fractured bone fragments displacement.;1 dwg
