FIELD: invention refers to micro-mechanics particular to micro-mechanical hyroscopes of vibration type.;SUBSTANCE: mode is in measuring of the output signal of a capacitive sensor formed with the mobile mass and the electrodes located along the axis of measuring of the output signal of the hyroscope, in forming of the first additional signal by way of filtrating of the measured signal with the aid of a phase self-tuning frequency system and the second additional signal received by multiplication of the measured signal with the signal received by way of shifting the first additional signal on 90o and allocation of a low frequency component of the received result with the aid of a low frequency filter. The mode of definition of the location of the mobile mass allows on signal of the capacitive sensor located on the output axis of the micro-mechanical hyroscope with a great magnitude of quadrature interferences form a signal having constant phase shift relatively to the travel of the rotor along the excitation axis of initial vibrations.;EFFECT: allows form a signal with a constant shift phase.;6 dwg
