FIELD: separation of solids from solids.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises generating a fluidized bed in the bottom section of the classifying chamber, supplying fresh water through a laminarization unit mounted at the outlet of the classifying chamber, removing particles from the classifying chamber through the laminarization unit by the step-like decrease of the flow regime of the fresh water in a local zone made of a ring passage that forms a jet of fluidized bed water. The device comprises classifiers provided with the unit for laminarization of the fresh water flow made of a T-pipe and tank-receiver that receives the vertical cylindrical branch pipe of the T-pipe connected with the outlet branch pipe for discharging coarse fraction from the classification chamber, the inlet branch pipe of the T-pipe with jet deflecting member mounted at a level of two third of the height of the tank-receiver, and the outlet branch pipe of the T-pipe mounted diametrically opposite to the jet deflecting unit at a level of one third of the height of the tank-receiver.;EFFECT: enhanced quality of product.;21 cl, 3 dwg, 6 tbl
