FIELD: medicine; psychiatry.;SUBSTANCE: method is implemented as follows: for 30 days pharmacotherapy is administered: 20-25 mg a day intramuscularly of 0.5% solution of benzodiazepine anxyolitic of diazepam, 300-400 mg of antioxidant mexidol intravenously by drop infusion during the first 10-15 days and 125-150 mg in tabloid form during the next 15-20 days, 15 intramuscular injections of 1 - 1.2 ml of 0.1% solution of immunocorrector timogene. Hyperbaric oxygenation is administered at the same time with excessive pressure 0.8 - 1.0 atm at compression and decompression speed of 0.1 atm per minute by isopressure method for 40 minutes 2 times a day during the first 15 days and once a day during the next 15 days.;EFFECT: combination of pathogenic means for efficient and safe treatment of subacute reactive psychosis by complex impact of neuro-homeostasis.;1 ex
