Substituted 2-halogenmethyl-6-benzylidene-1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]decanes represented by the formula III are obtained and further alkylated by 1,2,4-triazolates of alkali metals in polar aprotic dissolvent agent at the temperature of 60 to 180C. .
