FIELD: transportation; chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to to elastomer composition containing at least one halogenated butyl elastomer, at least one mineral filler and at least one compound containing silicon. Note that the composition contains a mix of at least one silazane compound as the silicon-containing compound and at least one agent containing at least one amino alcohols. The invention also relates to the method of making an elastomer product by mixing the components of the given elastomer composition with the subsequent vulcanisation of the mix formed, and to the tread or the car tyre insert from the elastomer product thus produced.
