The transmitter (T) of the pulsed radar incorporates an exciter, an output power divider, power amplifying units (PAU), an output power adder. Here, every PAU consists of a modulator, a protection unit, a power divider, amplifiers and a power adder, the number of the T amplification channels being equal to N, where N≥2, the PAU amplification channel number being equal to K, where K≥2, and the said power dividers and adders are constructed on the basis of cascade-type directional or binary-connection couplers that are quadrature bridges of power division and multiplication, respectively.;EFFECT: generation of output signals with preset power and low nonlinear distortions.;1 dwg
