METHOD OF LIMB OPEN FRACTURE TREATMENT

FIELD: medicine; traumatology.;SUBSTANCE: wound tissues are supplied with oxygen by means of subcutaneous paravulnar injection of oxygenic perphthorane in dosage 0.1-0.5 ml/kg of body weight not more that three days followed with primary wound surgical treatment. Primary surgical treatment is followed with intra-arterial injections of anaesthetics, disaggregants, spasmolytics, microcirculation improving agents. Then oxygenic perphthorane in dosage 10-30 ml per 1 kg of injured limb weight is injected combined with intra-arterial injections of perphthorane during not less than 4 days followed by hyperbaric oxygenation at 1.8 ata not more than 8-10 procedures beginning not later that the third day after injury.;EFFECT: reduced treatment time; maintains limbs and provide wound healing without wound abscess.
