FIELD: alimentary products, preservation.;SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the process of production of preserved pre-cooked first-course lunches for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space. The preserve production process includes the following activities: boiling, peeling and grinding chicken eggs, blanching and grinding cucumbers, blanching and grinding beets, freezing and grinding beet tops, bunch onion and greens, grinding sea scallop meat, boiling kvass, mixing the above-mentioned ingredients with sour cream, sugar, culinary salt and CO2-extract of the specified species micromicetes biomass, packaging the mix in aluminium tubes, vacuum sealing and sterilisation.
