FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to experimental cardiology and endocrinlogy, and concerns correction of hypoestrogen-induced endothelial dysfunction. For this purpose, rat females of Wistar line is daily intraperitoneally introduced with furostanol glycosides of cell culture Dioscorea deltoidea within 6 weeks after ovariectomy in dosage 1 mg/kg once a day.
