METHOD FOR DETERMINING EFFICIENCY OF LIMITED SCLERODERMATITIS THERAPY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology and rheumatology. Method allows for increasing accuracy of determination of therapy efficiency. Skin calculation is carried out, control area which is sclerodermic nidus, where indurative-inflammatory and fibrous processes are represented to the highest degree, is chosen. In such control area, skin density measured in specific units and activity index measured in points are determined by means of device. 3 points are given if there is nidus of induration with lilac crown on periphery, growth of nidus area, or appearance of new niduses during last 4 weeks; 2 points are given if there is only indurative skin damage, and 1 point is given when skin damage is on stage of erytheme and oedema. Then sclerosis index is determined in the same controle area in points. 3 points are given in case of fibrous-sclerotic changes in skin, sublying subcutaneous cellular tissue, tendon muscles with development of periarthric contractures or bone tissue deformation; 2 points are given when fibrous-atrophic processes are present in skin, subcutaneous cellular tissue, and 1 point is given if there are fibrous-sclerotic changes in skin. After that, area of control nidus is calculated in square centimeters. If all said indices reduce by 25% or more in 6 months starting from the beginning of therapy, therapy is considered successful.;EFFECT: increased accuracy in determining efficiency of limited sclerodermatitis therapy.;2 tbl, 2 ex
