DEVICE FOR WATER SUPPLY FROM STATIONARY PIPELINE TO TANK-MANIFOLDS OF STRIP LAMINAR COOLING SYSTEM

FIELD: technological processes; transportation.;SUBSTANCE: device contains lifting-turning section that is installed at bearing supports. Section consists of the common header that is connected with tank-manifolds, through which cooling water is supplied to the strip, and with stationary pipeline. Lifting of sections is carried out with the help of hydraulic mechanism. Assemblies of stationary pipeline connection with common header are arranged in the form of bellows that consist of two identical bellows sections, which are connected between each other by tubular insert. In coaxial position of bellows sections central section of bellows is displaced in respect to rotational axis of lifting-turning section to the side of stationary pipeline. Value of displacement is determined in accordance with mathematical dependence, which is given in invention description.;EFFECT: prevention of water leak in line of its supply to tank-manifolds; reduction of emergency idle time and increase of efficiency.;4 dwg
