FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to C-phosphorylated acetamidines containing reactionable CH-acid methylene group which can be used as parent compound for bromine derivative C-phosphorylated acetamidines for medicine and agriculture concerns as biologically active substances. C-phosphorylated acetamidines in this invention are characterised by general formula: where R¹ is selected from group i-C₃H₇, i-C₄H₉, C₄H₉; R² is selected from groups C(O)CH₃, C(O)C₃H₇, C(O)C₆H₅, P(O)(OC₄H₉-i)₂; R³ represents C₁-C₄-alkyl; R⁴ is selected from groupC_1-C₄-alkyl or phenyl provided that R⁴ represents phenyl if R² represents group P(O)(OC₄H₉-i)₂.;EFFECT: expansion of chemical compounds range, suitable for production of biologically active substances.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex
