FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology, medicine and pharmaceutics, in particular, to investigation of protein in vitro. Method consists in that activity of heat shock protein (HSP70) is determined, for which surviving sections of nervous tissue of brain and incubation medium for sections are prepared, parameters of bioelectric activity before and after testing impact are measured and compared. Namely, original parameters of amplitude of N-methyl-D-aspartate excitatory postsynaptic potential (NMDA EPSP) are registered for prepared sections. To determine NMDA EPSP amplitude sections are stimulated with electric impulses of rectangular form, with duration of 0.1 msec, intensity of 10 V, frequency of 1 impulse per minute. Then (HSP70) is applied to all sections in concentration of 1mkg/ml. After that, sections of one group are tetanised with electric impulses with frequency of 100/sec, duration of 30 sec. Sections of another group are subjected to anoxic impact by changing oxygen atmosphere into nitrogen during 10 minutes. After impacts NMDA EPSP amplitude is measured in all sections.;EFFECT: possibility to standardise conditions of carrying out experiments and clinical testing using HSP70, elimination of mistakes in effects caused by protein used with different levels of activity.;1 tbl, 3 ex
