METHOD OF BREEDING OF KARAKURT (LATRODECTUS TREDECIMGUTTATUS) IN LABORATORY CONDITIONS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology, namely to obtaining medicinal serum. Method lies in incubation of cocoon at temperature +5-7°C and humidity 70-80% during 90 days. Cocoons are opened, exposed at temperature +19-23°C during a week, gradually increasing humidity to 90%. Young spiders at the age of second ecdysis are put in vessels-thermostats with temperature +19-23°C and humidity 70-80%, with regular further change of vessel as spiders grow. After third ecdysis young spiders are placed into standard hatchery till the seventh ecdytis. Females are taken away, adult male spiders are placed with puberal females and after coupling cocoons are obtained.;EFFECT: ensuring karakurt spider breeding in laboratory conditions with obtaining its poison and producing of medicinal serum.;1 ex
