摘要

FIELD: medicine; dentistry.;SUBSTANCE: channel of deformity height is formed from oral (palatal) surface within enamel layer. Reinforce grid angular contour bar is fixed in channel cavity and from internal surface of artificial enamel layer using glass ionomer resin cement. Oriented polymerisation is applied from oral (palatal) and vestibular surfaces. Anatomic shape of crown part is restored by consistent formation of artificial dentin made of micro-thin composite material and artificial enamel layer made of macro-thin composite material in deformity region.;EFFECT: method allows for reliable fixation of composite material by perimeter of crown part restored contour and for lower chipping risk.
