METHOD OF MAGNETIC-ABRASIVE MATERIAL SUPPLY TO ZONE OF MAGNETIC-ABRASIVE PROCESSING OF ARTICLE COMPOSITE SURFACES

FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: processing is carried out in the chamber, in which magnetic-abrasive material is installed together with electromagnet rotating disks intended for article installation between them. Supply of magnetic-abrasive material to processing zone is carried out continuously and uniformly by creation of fluidised layer of magnetic-abrasive material in the chamber. At that "brushes" are formed from magnetic-abrasive particles on mentioned disks, and spent particles are continuously replaced. Speed modes of magnetic-abrasive processing are controlled in wide range of their values.;EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of smoothing; better labour environment due to provision of efficient directed action of magnetic-abrasive material onto article surface.;2 cl, 1 dwg
