Method of psychological self-help in stress conditions consisting in listening to the text psychocorrectional in matter in combination with relaxing music. At that text consists of three parts. The prologue provides: attention concentration on listened text, ascertaining of stressful condition of the listener, determination of necessity of positive result, concentration of attention of the person listening to record on surrounding environment - visual, acoustical and sensitive fixation, positive psychoemotional mood to session. Main sanogen part provides: concentration of attention on indicators of unpleasant event or condition, including visual, audio and kinaesthetic, reference to previous positive life experience and fixation on positive situation, relation and behaviour, determination of ways to positive future, formation of positive future.
