FIELD: physics, measurement.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to analysis for content of chlorine in polyhexamethyleneguanidinechloride produced under brand name Polysept. Method is carried out by titrimetric method, in which aqueous solution of polyhexamethyleneguanidinechloride is initially titrated with determination of content of total mass fraction of chlorine, after that polyhexamethyleneguanidinechloride, which is dissolved in mixture of water, pyridine and acetone taken in volumetrical ratio of 1:1:3, is titrated with determination of chlorine mass fraction content in admixtures, the final determination of chlorine mass fraction is carried out on the basis of difference between received values with further calculation of main substance content. Higher accuracy of analysis is achieved.;EFFECT: higher accuracy of analysis for chlorine content in polyhexamethyleneguanidinechloride.;1 ex, 1 tbl
